Pardon the mess!
We'd like to apologize for the mess that's going on with our website. We experienced some technical difficulties from the wicked weather out on the West Coast, where our web server is being hosted. The site has go back in time, but over the course of the next couple of days we'll get it back up to speed as well as posting up the new 2010 rules and classes.
